How we work
YOU DEFINE THE NEED. WE BUILD AND RUN THE TEAM
Choose what you need, get work delivered through a structured process. Here’s how it works from choosing your team to final delivery.
Two ways to work with us
Take one thing off your plate, or build the whole team
Most agencies sell a package. We fix the gap.
Where we sit
Our engagement models
Three ways to work with Infinite Labs. Choose the model that fits your needs, from an individual specialist to a fully dedicated team.

Benefits
Freelancer
Work directly with one Infinite Labs specialist for a specific service or ongoing role.
Add another specialist when your needs expand.
Direct communication, focused expertise, and lower commitment than a full agency engagement.
Traditional agency
Work with Infinite Labs as a complete agency across multiple creative and marketing services.
Expand or reduce services based on your projects and requirements.
Access to a broad range of services without managing individual specialists.
Dedicated team
A dedicated Infinite Labs team works exclusively on your business and manages your work day-to-day.
Add specialists or adjust the team as your workload and requirements change.
Consistent team, dedicated attention, managed delivery, and a team that becomes an extension of your business.
Getting started
The first month, step by step
These run in order. Most clients are through steps one to three inside two weeks.
Scoping call
Forty five minutes on what you produce now, what is not getting done, and who is currently doing it. We ask about volume and deadlines, because those decide the team size more than anything else.
Team proposal
You get back a written structure: the roles, what each one covers, the hours behind them, the reporting rhythm and the commercial terms. If a role is not earning its place, we say so and take it out.
Onboarding week
Brand assets, tone guidelines, access to your tools, and an introduction between your side and every specialist on the team. We set up the project board and the shared calendar so nothing runs through email alone.
Delivery rhythm
Work moves on an agreed weekly cycle: briefs in, drafts out, review, revisions, publish. A weekly check in keeps priorities current. Nothing sits waiting for a monthly meeting to unblock it.
Review and scale
Every month we report on output and campaign performance, then revisit the team. Add a role, drop one, or shift hours between disciplines. The structure is meant to move.
Working across time zones
Colombo runs on UTC+5:30 — here's what that means for your day
Remote only works if someone is awake when you need them. Here is what our standard day covers, and what we change when it is not enough.
United Kingdom
Our working day covers your morning and reaches into your early afternoon. Most UK clients get same day turnaround on anything briefed before lunch.
Australia
We come online as your morning ends and stay through your afternoon. Briefs sent at the start of your day are usually answered before it finishes.
Canada and the United States
A standard Colombo day reaches the very start of yours. For North American accounts we shift team hours later so there is live overlap through your morning, every day.
Meetings happen live. Everything else happens in writing, so you never have to stay late to get an answer.
Once it is running
How the work actually reaches you
One board, not a mailbox
Briefs, drafts, feedback and approvals live in a project board. We run Wrike by default and move to your system if you already have one.
Named people, not a pool
You know who your designer is. You know who your editor is. They stay on your account rather than rotating between clients each week.
Monthly reporting
Output delivered, campaign performance, spend against return, and what we recommend changing next month. Written, then walked through on a call.
Your brand, your accounts
We work inside your ad accounts, your CMS and your channels. Everything we build stays yours, with access handed over whenever you ask.
Revisions are expected
First drafts are a starting point. Feedback rounds are built into the weekly cycle rather than charged as extras.
Scope changes in writing
Adding a role or shifting hours is a short written change to the structure, agreed before it takes effect. No surprise line items.
Start with the scoping call
No deck, no pitch. 45 minutes on your workload, then a written team structure you can compare against hiring.
